The Goodbye Good Girl Project™ provides women with the experience of their own internal strengths and
authentic, fully-expressed identity.
This is the step from internalized rule-following to

Women and men in personal growth spaces can be helped deeply and quickly by making seemingly small emotional shifts with the help of The 1% Solution, a technique developed by Goodbye Good Girl Project Founder, Lori Kirstein. In 2022, Lori was able to heal herself of 40 years of daily depression and anxiety using a technique that today is a part of the process and release of The 1% Solution.

The Goodbye Good Girl Project was originally birthed in 2008 to support women performers in expanding their self-expression and impact. It worked beautifully. Self-expression and authenticity skyrocketed.
But we wanted to expand to support more women, in more fields, with a need to reclaim
their feminine power in work and life.
So we combined our years of professional acting, corporate experience, and Emotional Linguistics™ - emotional power in language - and created a style of coaching that causes a change in self-image, confidence, and self-expression for our clients.
More recently we have included The 1% Solution which dramatically heals the spiritual/personal growth side
of our lives, allowing us to expand our limitless possibilities individually and as a group of
amazing human beings with the ability to blossom into all that we wish to be.
Why change in leadership and expansion of the feminine is important
This focus on women and leadership derives from our passion for changing the nature of business and leadership for women and the world. We feel strongly that bringing the balance of the feminine into our existing masculine aspects of business creates unforeseen opportunities and organizational health for women, and for all. This embrace of alternative approaches to leadership is a new and much-needed paradigm. And we are teaching it from an energy- and emotion-based perspective that we find to be excitingly successful for our clients!
